  Reduced cost registration for those members who will be presenting a session at the conference.

  Registration for guests of Oregon SHAPE who have traveled to present.

  Conference Registration for those administrators who would like to attend in conjunction with educators.
• Conference Free Registration Winner
  Registration for 2019 conference participants who won a free registration.
• Conference Planning Team
  Registration for OSHAPE conference planning team members.
• Early Bird Non Member Professional – $190.00
  Registration for Professionals who are not members of OSHAPE
• Early Bird Professional Member – $115.00
  Early Registration for OSHAPE members
• Oregon SHAPE Board Member
  Registration for active members of the OSHAPE Board
• Oregon SHAPE Lifetime Member
  Special Registration for those OSHAPE members who have been granted lifetime membership.
• Oregon SHAPE Student Volunteer
  Registration for those student members who are volunteering working hours for the conference.
• Retired Professional – $75.00
  Registration for those retired professionals who are attending.
• Student Member – $45.00
  Registration for those students who are current members of OSHAPE.
• Vendor Basic – $200.00
  Vendors who would like to attend the OSHAPE Conference at a Basic support level. Vendors at this level are provided a table at the conference and are included in the conference advertising. All vendor applications are subject to OSHAPE board approval and must sign a vendor contract before final inclusion into the conference.
• Vendor Non-Attending – $30.00
  Registration for those vendors who would like to leave materials at the OSHAPE Conference for participants to have access to.

• Vendor Prime – $275.00
  Vendors who would like to attend the OSHAPE Conference at a Prime support level. Vendors at this level are provided a table at the conference in a prime location and are included in the conference advertising to a higher degree. All vendor applications are subject to OSHAPE board approval and must sign a vendor contract before final inclusion into the conference.
• Vendor Sponsor – $350.00
  Vendors who would like to attend the OSHAPE Conference at a Sponsorship support level. Vendors at this level are provided a table at the conference in a central location and are included in the conference advertising as a sponsor of the conference. All vendor applications are subject to OSHAPE board approval and must sign a vendor contract before final inclusion into the conference.
